I was so fortunate to second shoot with Joanne Markland, she is such an amazing photographer, and an awesome mentor and friend! Thank you Joanne :)  The setting was at Le Franschhoek and it was amazing! Decor and Stationery was done my amazing friend Eloise Pieterse of Quintessential Weddings.

Absolutely gorgeous! Every time I look at the photographs I can't stop but smile. What a relaxed and fun couple. Jisca and Brent, I wish you the world of happiness.

Where have I been?

Before I go crazy with duplicating images, I'm busy sorting out my all-time-favourites for 2010. Ok, I might sound weird, cause this is my first year. But I've learnt so much, and still have lots to learn still. But just a quick shout-out to everyone that has taken the time to be a mentor, thank you for trusting in me. I hope I make you proud.

Hello All, my apologies for being so quiet!

Candice + Arnold = Married

When I met Candice, I was so excited! Being able to talk to a bride, as if we were friends for a long time, I knew then that on the wedding day it was going to be amazing!

The day started out just like I planned, cloudy :)  I finally met the handsome Groom, he smiled and ask, "Rodrigues?" Seeing that the bride and I have the same name.

It was a gorgeous day for Candice to celebrate her birthday, and did she look amazing.

Congrats Candice & Arnold. You were a beautiful couple and made my job look easy to capture the moments.

Christelle & Johan-Hendri's Engagement Shoot

If one could freeze time to capture a moment, and show each expression of love for all to see, that is what I love to see behind the lens. Christelle and Johan are very close friends of mine and have just currently shared vows. In April I had the pleasure of taking them out to Kalk Bay and Bantry Bay for a special couple shoot. With the odd props [snorkel and goggles], they had a ball of a time. A day spent taking photos of a happy, in-love, soon to be married couple, gives just a warm feeling to my heart that it's special to find that one person that gives you butterflies. Congratulations Christelle and Johan-Hendri on your marriage.

Packages and Examples

Bridal expo's are amazing, meeting brides and seeing the twinkle in their eye as they approach their wedding day. All that runs through my mind is making the day special for them and stress-free as possible. Here is a sneak peak of what I have to offer.
